General Contracting

We have many years of experience in almost every area of residential construction & renovation.  We can take on any project you can throw at us.

Initiation

To get started, we just need to get some basic information from you. Give us a call, send an email or fill out our quick estimate form.

Once we have your information and know what projects you need done, we will put together a rough estimate for you to review. This is called a quick estimate. You can make sure this work fits into your budget and confirm you are ready to move forward with this work.

In general a quick estimate should be within +/- 20% of the final job cost.

Planning

Once you are ready to move forward, we will discuss next steps. For large projects, there will be an initial payment needed to get started. This is used to develop drawings, coordinate with sub contractors and spend the time to get the project planned out exactly the way you want it.

Projects will move through the planning phase anywhere from 1 week to several months for large projects.

We will start with detailed plans and different design options.  We will coordinate with all needed contractors and specialities (plumbing, HVAC, Electical, etc), putting together a reasonable timetable for completion of your project. 

Execution

When its time to start your project, we will coordinate with you to get the job done, Maintain a professional jobsite and complete the work in a timely manner. we will communicate at all steps of the process to make sure you know what is going on and when issues arise.

Follow up

Once the project is done, we will walk through with you to make sure you are happy. We will take project pictures for our marketing throughout the process and would love to feature your project in our advertising.
