We are excited to work with you on your next project. To get started, we need to know a little information about you and your project. You can get a quick estimate right now using our estimate tool. If you have something complicated, call, text or send us an email.

Once we have your information and know what projects you need done we will send you a quick estimate for the work needed. This will be +/- 20% and can be used to send to banks, as an estimate or anyway you need. You will get an email from us with the details.

If the quick estimate works for you, we can move to the next step towards completing your project.

Planning

Once you are ready to move forward, we will discuss next steps. Look for our calls and emails with more information.

For large projects, there will be an initial payment needed to get started. This is used to develop drawings, detailed plans and different design options. We will coordinate with all needed contractors and specialties (plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc), putting together a reasonable timetable for completion of your project.

Projects will move through the planning phase anywhere from 1 week for a simple straight forward project to several months for large, complicated projects. The total cost of the project will be finalized and approved by you before we move forward.

In General, we require 1/2 the total project cost to be paid up front and 1/2 to be paid when the project is completed. For large projects we may do payments in a phased approach to match bank draws or other project considerations. Once the initial payment has been made we will finalize a start date.

Execution

When its time to start your project, we will coordinate with you to get the job done, maintain a professional job site and complete the work in a timely manner. We will communicate at all steps of the process to make sure you know what is going on and when issues arise.

We guarantee our work is done right. Once everything is complete we will walk through with you to make sure you are happy and collect the final payment.

Follow up

We will take project pictures for our marketing throughout the process and would love to feature your project in our advertising.
